Money Matters
Should I tip the staff?
Tipping is not mandatory, however it is appreciated. We do not include a service charge on any of your bills in any of our Scallywags resorts or restaurants. If you feel you have had a good experience, we suggest 10% of the total bill. We have tip boxes, which shared equally between all the Scallywags Team.
Can I change my local money in the resort?
At all of our Scallywag locations we exchange from all major currencies at the market day rate.
Do you take credit cards?
Scallywags accept AMEX, VISA and Mastercard with NO extra surcharges incurred.
Can I charge all restaurant and activities to my room?
Here at Scallywags, we will happily charge everything to your room to be paid at the end of your trip, including your meals, drinks and activities arranged through our resorts
